Hotel Reservations

Payment in Advance

If this site is used to make Special Internet Rate hotel reservation, payment in full, in advance is required.

Cancellation/Change Fee

Also for a Special Internet Rate reservation, a $10 cancellation/change fee will be applied to any cancellations or changes made to the reservation.

If a cancellation is made in less than the time allowed in the stated cancellation policy on the site and in the email confirmation you receive, a full night's stay will be charged to the cardholder. Such a charge could be applied for any hotel reservation, not necessarily a Special Internet Rate.

Refund Policy

MiamiTravelGuide.com acts only as an independent agent to secure services of an air carrier, car rental supplier, hotel, or other travel related supplier. Therefore, we have no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers and shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers.

All grievances must be reported with any and all supporting documentation to MiamiTravelGuide.com within 60 days of the mailing of the first credit card statement showing any discrepancies for billing and payment issues or within 60 days after completion of travel services provided.
